The position includes performance-based incentive pay tied to meeting production standards. The role offers competitive hourly pay with potential earnings up to an additional $3.00 per hour based on individual productivity and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment with time pressures.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments manually or with a folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery.
