Job summary

ABB Installation Products Division in Jonesboro, Arkansas, is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations onsite. This role requires supervising a 10-hour shift from Monday to Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

You will ensure safe, efficient run of machines, adapt to changing priorities, meet quality standards, and perform daily preventive maintenance while coaching team members and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience / training or combination
• Able to read and comprehend safety rules, operating/maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals
• Able to present information to individuals/groups/clients by reports or correspondence
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, use fractions, decimals, compute rate, ratio, and percent into bar graphs

Responsibilities

• Able to safely run variety of machines that run similarly
• Able to adapt to changing priorities (different machine, team, product) or volume
• Able to meet and run standards
• Identify machine deficiencies and bring solutions
• Perform daily preventative machine maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
