Job summary

Mom’s Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing prepared meals to homes nationwide since 1999. The Lead Fulfillment Associate role focuses on customer experience, quality, safety, and productivity of the Fulfillment team, performing production tasks and assisting Area Managers daily.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with a pay rate of $21.00/hour (includes shift differential). The position supports production operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years fulfillment or production experience.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations through support of production team, ensuring delays and issues are reduced or eliminated
• Drive productivity improvements (LEAN Initiatives)
• Communicate goals and objectives to the production team, ensuring alignment of the team to company goals
• Assist with standard work adherence throughout the production team through daily audits
• Coordinate with Inventory/Warehouse team to ensure all materials needs are met, eliminating line slow down related to materials
• Partner with our Food Safety team to ensure we are meeting FDA, USDA and General Manufacturing Practice requirements
• Assist with production team quality improvement efforts
• Support all Safety Team efforts to continuously improve practices and facilities
• Make decisions on scheduling needs for the department
• Make recommendations on performance-based merit increases

Physical Requirements
