Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC. is seeking a Formulation Department team member to chop and chill fat, set up and tear down machinery, and ensure safety, quality, and sanitation standards are met.

The role involves working with production schedules and maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates may have prior food manufacturing experience, forklift certification, and a willingness to work overtime as production demands require.

Qualifications

• Prior food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Grinding experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience preferred; must be able to obtain forklift license and maintain safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment using detailed checklists.
• Accurate documentation is required.
• Conduct periodic wash-downs of equipment.
• Collaborate with Formulation Members to achieve world-class safety and efficiency.
• Utilize SAP for inventory control and maintenance.
• Maintain strict adherence to product specifications and quality.
• Comply with USDA regulations, GMPs, and safety rules.
