Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment.
• Able to work with a diverse environment and maintain professional relationships.
• Punctual with good attendance and initiative.
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle related paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
