Ryder System, Inc. in Spring Hill, TN is hiring Forklift Operating Material Handlers for a full-time role on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am).

The position pays $20.33 per hour with time-and-a-half overtime and a $1.25/hour second shift premium, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training. As a Warehouse Associate, you will operate sit-down forklifts to move automotive parts and supplies, support daily warehouse tasks, and help maintain a safe, efficient facility with a strong team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during shift hours.
