Job summary

Sterman-Masser-Inc is seeking a Production - Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift at our Sacramento, PA facility. The role involves operating sit-down forklifts and other hand jacks to move pallets, assist with loading and unloading, and maintain orderly packing and shipping areas.

You will follow GMP and safety procedures, read and follow written instructions, and be flexible to work at other company properties when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sit-down forklift and/or ride-on/ walk-behind jacks.
• Ability to follow GMP and safety procedures.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
• Willingness to travel to other company properties.
• Previous experience required; detail relevant work history when applying.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet movement within packing/shipping areas.
• Inspect equipment and report damage.
• Assist with unloading/loading trucks and labeling pallets.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary work areas.
• Follow inventory and P.O. systems as applicable.
• Support during planting/harvest seasons with loading/unloading bulk trucks.
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards.
