Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm) in California. The role focuses on safe operation of forklifts and EPJs, accurate order fulfillment, and inventory management to support daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months warehouse experience, good math/reading skills, and a strong commitment to safety. Shift differential applies and incentive eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Effective problem solving and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory and maintain correct product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, palletize, wrap, and stage per shipping requirements.
• Assist with inventories and cycle counts as directed.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products and outbound shipments.
