Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Milford, NJ is hiring a safety‑driven Forklift Operator to move materials and finished products in a busy warehouse. The role offers 2nd shift with a $25.25 per hour base pay plus shift differentials and a potential quarterly bonus up to 6% based on performance.

You will load/unload using a forklift, track inventory, and assist with basic equipment maintenance. The position may require overtime, weekends, and a 7am-3pm orientation before settling into a permanent shift.

Qualifications

• 6+ months forklift experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Experience with computer/tablet/scan gun for documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP or WMS software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Loading and unloading materials and finished product using a forklift.
• Complete inventory/department documentation manually and with computer software.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and fueling equipment.
