Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Clayton, Indiana, is seeking a Forklift Operator for our 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm). This role supports our advanced supply chain solutions by safely operating lift trucks, loading and unloading trailers, and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.

You will use handheld scanners, follow the 7S program, and contribute to our commitment to process excellence and reliable service for customers across the network.

Qualifications

• To be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Display a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes
