GXO Logistics, Inc. in Clayton, IN is hiring a PIT Operator II for the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm). You will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product and materials.

This role requires certification in lift truck operation, flexibility for overtime, and a high school diploma with warehouse experience. You’ll join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and process excellence in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks is required.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including overtime is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
