Job summary

Lasko Products, LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator for the Receiving team on the 2nd shift in Franklin, TN. You will safely operate forklifts, move materials, and maintain accurate inventory while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid forklift certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification and proven experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of forklift safety, material-handling procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Unload inbound trucks and transport raw materials and components to designated storage areas.
• Stage and deliver materials to production areas based on scheduling needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and properly document all material movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and promptly report any safety or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily objectives.
