Job summary

Fanatics Commerce, a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, is seeking a Forklift Operator for the Waxahachie, TX facility. This role supports loading, unloading, and movement of inventory, using forklift and pallet jack machinery to optimize loads and ensure efficient fulfillment.

The position operates on a 2nd shift (5pm–1am) with a $1.00 shift differential, contributing to fast-paced, high-volume operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate forklift and pallet jack in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Stand 8–10 hours per shift; able to lift/move 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Strong attention to detail for securing loads, inventory counts, and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to load, unload, transport, and position inventory.
• Pull and place cartons on racks per warehouse standards.
• Move inventory efficiently to support inbound/outbound flow.
• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and production teams on daily priorities.
• Perform accurate counts to maintain stock visibility and reduce errors.
• Help ensure safety protocols are followed and hazards are identified.
• Support shipping/receiving workflows for on-time fan fulfillment.
• Utilize RF scanners to support inventory tracking and accuracy.
