Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Charlotte, NC. You will organize and direct processing floor work to meet schedules while ensuring food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

You will lead hourly staff and collaborate with management on training and process improvements. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with loud noise and refrigerated conditions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities
