Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedule with supervisors/leads.
• Obtain batch sheets and process check sheets from supervisor.
• Verify materials match batch sheet items.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and allergen issues.
• Set up and shutdown machinery per batch sheet.
• Mix/cook batches or wrap product per formula.
• Monitor equipment to stay within process parameters.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain housekeeping.
