Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a 2nd shift Finish Line Operator in Morristown, TN to assemble, machine, and finish doors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and ensure quality while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, woodworking, or construction experience preferred.
• Experience with doors, windows, or millwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, power tools, and assembly equipment per production schedules.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and specs to ensure correct materials and finishes.
• Inspect parts and products for quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area and document data as required.
