Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in the printed circuit board industry.
• Ability to read travelers and drawings and understand technical requirements.
• Experience inspecting Flex-Rigid PWBs.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and interpret travelers and drawings provided to assess requirements and instructions.
• Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications and inspection checklist.
• Experience inspecting Flex-Rigid PWBs.
• Inspects product under magnifying tools for opens and shorts in circuit patterns.
• Compares size and location of holes to verify conformance to specifications.
• Views inside holes to detect voids or irregular surfaces.
• Identifies non-conforming product and its disposition.
• Stamps mark of approval or rejection on product or traveler.
• Logs job in and out with accurate counts of product.
• Records yield data and completes scrap report forms.
• Stacks finished boards with separator sheets for transfer to next workstation.
• Performs other department or company-related tasks as directed by Supervisor.
