Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Facilities Worker for the 2nd shift (4 pm - 12 am) in Philadelphia. Responsibilities include general building maintenance, drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, and HVAC preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and maintenance duties: drywall repair, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC PMs.
• Lead repairs from start to completion and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with vendors on equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and projects.
