Job summary

Enviro-Clean is seeking a dependable Handyman to support Lincoln Consolidated Schools with facilities maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. The role requires HVAC experience and works with the maintenance team to keep the building safe and efficient on a 2nd shift, full-time, year-round schedule, paid $18.00 per hour.

Primary duties include routine maintenance, minor HVAC inspections, and completing work orders while maintaining systems across heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical

Qualifications

• HVAC experience or vocational training required.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility.
• Assist with minor HVAC system inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Support maintenance of heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform basic building repairs including filter changes and light fixture replacement.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance protocols.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Document completed maintenance activities.
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance including lawn care and snow removal.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman to support the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will have prior HVAC experience along with general building maintenance knowledge and a strong work ethic.
