Responsibilities

• Check material for specifications on Bill of Material or drawings.
• Perform all necessary set-up operations for layout and welding.
• Use tools and fixtures to align fittings as per drawings.

Skills

Code qualification for welding procedures

Ability to pass competency skills test

Experience with Metallic Arc, TIG, and MIG

Consistent quality in weld and fit-up

Ability to meet productivity targets
