Job summary

Pries Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Extrusion Utility Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays). The role supports daily production, coordinates die and alloy changes, assists with machine setups, and helps ensure high-quality extrusion output.

Starting pay is up to $22.00 per hour with benefits eligibility after 30 days. PPE: metatarsal-guarded steel-toe boots; $150 PPE reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
• We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
• On the 2nd shift with occasional Saturdays based on production needs.

Schedule

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Monday – Friday

• Occasional Saturdays based on production needs

Starting Pay

• Up to $22.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Extrusion Utility Operator is a key member of the press team, supporting daily production operations, coordinating die and alloy changes, assisting with machine setups, and helping ensure efficient, high-quality extrusion production.
