Radix Wire Company, Inc. is seeking a General Machine Operator in Glenwillow, Ohio to operate extrusion machines and maintain quality standards. You will follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and troubleshoot production issues to ensure efficient operation.

The role offers a second shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) with competitive hourly pay and potential increases after 90 days plus shift differential pay. Training on first shift may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience operating extrusion machines or similar equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machines to produce high-quality products.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor production process and troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production process.
