Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor – Electroplating to oversee daily production activities, safety, quality, and schedules in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role builds and leads the 2nd shift in partnership with the General Manager.

Requirements include hands-on electroplating experience, 5–10 years in manufacturing, and at least 2 years in supervisory roles, with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electroplating experience is required.
• 5–10 years in manufacturing, electroplating, or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years in production or manufacturing management/supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electroplating production schedules, staffing and workflow.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate production employees.
• Lead the 2nd shift with the General Manager to meet production goals.
• Read blueprints and plating specifications for operations.
• Maintain production records and safety reports.
• Identify and resolve production or personnel issues quickly.
