ManpowerGroup is hiring an Assembly Technician – 2nd Shift in Grand Prairie, TX. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Pay Rate: $21.00/hour. The role involves performing electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The candidate will assemble components, organize inventory at the workstation, operate tools and machinery, and conduct quality inspections and testing while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-year vocational or technical training preferred.
• Up to 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Basic understanding of production processes, assembly techniques, and quality standards.
• Ability to use hand tools, specialized equipment, and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components and sub-assemblies
• Organize and maintain parts inventory at the workstation
• Operate specialized tools, equipment, and production machinery
• Perform visual inspections, functionality checks, and quality testing
• Troubleshoot and assist with resolving routine production issues
• Follow established work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
