Job summary

Astronautics Corporation of America in Oak Creek, WI, seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd shift CCA production. You will lead operators and technicians in assembly, testing, inspection, and processing of PCBA, while supporting box build and related activities as needed.

This is a working supervisor role with direct production involvement and a focus on safety, quality, schedule attainment, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in electronic/electro-mechanical manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating priorities, labor, and WIP.
• Ability to read work instructions and quality specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and prioritize day-to-day activities of 15+ operators and technicians in CCA.
• Schedule material flow through CCA and finishing to meet production schedules.
• Monitor WIP and address bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
• Maintain hands-on presence and perform production operations when needed.
• Collaborate with Planning, Materials, Quality, Engineering to resolve production issues.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, processes, and safety practices.
