Job summary

Molex ADS is seeking an Electronic Assembler in Minnesota to build, wire and test high-precision electronic assemblies for process-control systems. You will work with assembly technicians and quality teams to meet demanding performance, reliability and safety standards.

Hours are Monday–Thursday, 2pm–12:30am with a 6% shift differential. The role requires reading schematics, using hand tools and test equipment, and performing in-process tests and inspections to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with electronics training
• Minimum 1 year hands-on electronic assembly experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and drawings
• Comfortable using hand tools, microscopes, multimeters and basic test gear

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic modules and sub-assemblies per schematics and work instructions
• Interpret wiring diagrams and follow detailed procedures
• Assemble components using small hand tools, crimping equipment and scales
• Conduct in-process inspections and functional tests (continuity, insulation resistance, signal integrity)
• Troubleshoot and document non-conformances; implement corrective actions with team
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to ESD and traceability protocols
