Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electro‑mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics and manuals.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic controls.
• Experience with industrial production equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair plant electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot production equipment using manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic/pneumatic drawings.
• Repair and modify machinery, controls, communication systems, and electronic devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment overhauls, lubrication, cleaning, and testing.
• Plan, test, and troubleshoot electrical power distribution systems.
• Complete mechanical assembly and disassembly of equipment and components.
• Utilize diagnostic and testing equipment to identify and resolve equipment failures.
• Maintain maintenance records, schematics, reports, parts lists, and technical documentation.
• Assist with equipment improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and direction to other maintenance personnel as needed.
