Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet goals.
• Provides training and tools for safety and efficiency.
• Acts as point-of-contact for escalated issues across warehousing functions.
• Identifies process improvements to boost DC performance and inventory management.
• Ensures clean work areas and compliance with safety policies.
• Completes paperwork and productivity reports.
