Supreme Cuisine LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking Dish Room Associates to support our food manufacturing operation.The Dish Room Associate plays an important role in food safety and production readiness by cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, organizing, and staging the equipment and utensils used throughout our manufacturing facility.This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organization, teamwork, and maintaining high sanitation standards.What You'll DoWash and sanitize production utensils, pans, totes, tubs, racks, carts, containers, and equipment.Clean kettles, processing tools, and other designated production equipment.Operate industrial dishwashing and sanitation equipment.Follow established wash, rinse, and sanitize procedures.Use approved cleaning and sanitation chemicals according to established procedures.Inspect cleaned equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met.Help prevent cross-contamination and allergen cross-contact.Stage clean and sanitized equipment for production.Return clean equipment to designated storage areas.Safely transport dirty equipment to the Dish Room.Maintain adequate availability of clean production utensils and equipment.Assist with production changeovers as needed.Keep the Dish Room clean, sanitary, organized, and safe.Clean floors, drains, sinks, and wash stations as assigned.Complete required sanitation records.Assist with deep-cleaning and sanitation projects.Follow all GMP, sanitation, food safety, chemical safety, and workplace safety requirements.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous manufacturing, sanitation, dish room, production, or related experience is preferred.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to safely use cleaning and sanitation chemicals after training.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Strong organization and housekeeping skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Food manufacturing or industrial sanitation experience is a plus.Physical & Work RequirementsThis is an active sanitation position requiring employees to:Stand for up to 8–10 hours per shift.Frequently walk throughout the work area.Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Frequently push or pull equipment using appropriate material-handling equipment.Frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, scrub, and perform repetitive movements.Work in wet and humid conditions.Work around hot water and steam.Work on wet or slippery production surfaces.Work around food ingredients, food residue, allergens, and approved cleaning and sanitation chemicals.Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include gloves, aprons, safety glasses or face shields, hearing protection, rubber boots, and slip-resistant footwear.Work overtime, weekends, or additional scheduled hours when required by production needs.Join Supreme CuisineWe're looking for team members who are dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high sanitation and food safety standards.If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and knowing your work directly supports the safety and quality of the products we produce, we encourage you to apply.Supreme Cuisine LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
