Responsibilities

• Read job tickets, gather materials, load equipment with product and print files.
• Perform routine maintenance to promote machine stability and dependability.
• Monitor stock in production area and request replenishments as needed.
• Monitor printing process to maintain print quality and calibration.
• Ensure proper setup of machines and calibrate digital press at shift start or between jobs.
• Assist in training other team members and comply with safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
