Performance Foodservice is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You will perform preventative maintenance, ensure roadworthiness, document work orders, and support on-road call repairs under minimal supervision.

The role requires 2+ years of fleet repair experience including PMs, brakes, diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and A/C refrigeration, plus a High School diploma or GED.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair including PMs, diagnostics and A/C refrigeration.

Mansioni

• Complete preventive maintenance on fleet diesel equipment and inspect components.
• Ensure licensing and registration are current for roadworthy status.
• Document work orders thoroughly in the Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Install, replace, and repair onboard computers.
• Inspect brakes, steering, bearings and related parts for proper operation.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and tool usage.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
