Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience in die maintenance or tooling repair in manufacturing with stamping or molding.

Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on dies used in die cast equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, GD&T drawings, and mechanical diagrams to facilitate repairs.
Utilize hand tools, welding equipment and fabrication tools, and stamping presses with precision.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repair logs.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize tooling performance and implement improvements.
