Job summary

Workwear Outfitters is seeking an Order Picker/Stocker Associate to process orders accurately, maintain inventory, and support efficient operations. The role runs the 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with possible overtime and Saturday work as needed.

You will ensure correct item placement, maintain production targets, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a safe, clean workplace.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have close attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work with others and adapt.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Good attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for external and internal customers accurately and on time.
• Maintain active inventory and place garments in correct locations.
• Maintain a production rate of 72 units per hour or greater.
• Maintain a quality rate of 0.02% or less.
• Keep a safe and clean work environment.
