Job summary

Henny Penny is seeking an Entry Deburrer to independently operate deburr tooling and related equipment on the Laser and Punch processes at our Eaton, Ohio facility. The role requires attention to detail, reading technical drawings, and basic math skills, with a focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in metal fabrication or CNC operation, can lift up to 100 lbs, and can stand for 8 hours. Good communication and teamwork are essential in our People First culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in metal fabrication or CNC machine operation.
• Ability to frequently move objects up to 100 lbs and to stand for 8 hours.
• Good vision and ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains deburr tooling and associated machines (Fladder, Costa, Aluminum Machine, Vibradyne).
• Collects final parts as Laser and Punch machines produce parts.
• Identifies quality cuts, and sorts and stacks parts.
• Reads, writes, and comprehends simple instructions and technical drawings.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and follows safety procedures.
• Understands Kanban, JDE, BOM viewer, and method sheets for process flow.
