The Lincolnton facility employs 400+ associates across a 5-shift operation and handles a wide range of abrasives for power tool accessories. You will load materials, set up and start the machine, and use SAP to lookup parts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer experience in machine operating.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Aiding the production process by operating the sandpaper cut and pack machine.
• Maintain knowledge of machines and follow PQ&T training measures as needed.
• Load rolls of sandpaper on machine and use SAP to look up materials.
• Operate pin lift, pallet lift, and hoist; assist with setup and startup of the machine.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Read and follow standard operating procedures pertaining to the machine being operated.
