Job summary

Enviro-Clean is hiring a General Cleaner for East Grand Rapids, MI, on 2nd shift. This full- and part-time position pays $17.00–$17.50 per hour and offers training, weekly pay, and benefits. You’ll help maintain clean classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas to support learning and daily operations.

No prior custodial experience required; training provided. Applicants should be dependable, detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
• Training is provided for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Cleaning classrooms, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, hallways, and other common areas.
• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces to maintain a healthy environment.
• Restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Assisting with room setups and special event needs.
• Responding to occasional urgent cleaning requests.
