Job summary

GRBS is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for Wayland Union Schools in Wayland, MI, on the 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), Monday through Friday with 40 hours per week. This full-time role requires leadership experience, reliability, and a strong work ethic to maintain a clean and safe school environment.

You will supervise a cleaning team, ensure tasks are completed, and communicate effectively with staff. Competitive pay is $17.50 per hour plus benefits such as paid holidays, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Michigan public schools background check restrictions apply.
