Job summary

Enviro-Clean is seeking dependable custodians to join the Napoleon, MI team. You’ll perform cleaning tasks in classrooms, offices, and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.

The role includes 2nd shift, full- or part-time hours, and on-the-job training. Prior experience is helpful but not required; reliability and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• No prior custodial experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash.
• Clean classrooms, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, hallways, and other common areas.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain a healthy environment.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Assist with room setups and special event needs.
• Respond to occasional urgent cleaning requests.
