Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Austin, TX, to perform custodial duties across offices and public areas under supervision of the Custodial Manager. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail and teamwork.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–11:30pm. You will operate floor buffers, shampoo machines, vacuum cleaners, and standard cleaning tools to clean floors, bathrooms, glass, surfaces, and restock supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and energy to perform continuous cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces daily.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum offices and common areas; spot clean rugs.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and walls; restock supplies.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
