Lamb & Associates Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to run box manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced facility in Maumelle, AR. The role requires standing for long periods, reading a tape measure, and maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have corrugated manufacturing experience, reliability, and the ability to report to work on time. Health benefits and 401(k) are among the offered benefits; overtime may be required.

Competenze

• Prior experience in corrugated manufacturing required.
• Experience with box manufacturing machines preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Operate box manufacturing machines to produce corrugated containers.
• Perform repetitive stacking, sorting or labeling of boxes.
• Read a tape measure and perform basic math as part of production.
• Picks up parts, paper, and residue from floor and workstations; maintain a clean area.
• Follow established processes and safety regulations; work on 2nd shift with overtime as needed.
