Job summary

Kdc One in California is seeking a Compounder II to execute compounding schedules under supervision. The role requires training new employees and proficiency in all compounding areas, with knowledge of sanitizing and utility responsibilities.

You will develop troubleshooting skills, communicate issues, and propose improvements. The job emphasises CGMP, SOP adherence, safety, and collaboration with QA, maintenance, pre-weigh, R&D and customers to ensure product readiness and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills and be able to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated math and analytical abilities with basic PC knowledge.
• Experience in compounding or related pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews compounding schedules and communicates with multiple departments.
• Trains new employees on compounding procedures and safety.
• Performs IQ/OQ with validation department as needed.
• Lead daily tasks, calibrations, and inventory checks.
• Ensures adherence to CGMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols.
