Job summary

You will lead Operators and Support teams, oversee staffing and training, review schedules, coach problem solving, and drive continuous improvement to efficiently produce high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety rules and policies are followed; OSHA compliance and incident investigations.
• Lead/coach Operators and Support teams to safely produce quality products on the second shift.
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling and performance management; maintain accurate timecards.
