Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Experience in production assembly operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with manual machining equipment (lathes, mills, drills).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel.
• Flexible hours to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and load materials to perform production operations.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain quality and throughput.
• Inspect machined parts to ensure conformance to specs.
• Use precision tools to measure dimensions (calipers, micrometers).
• Follow SOPs and work instructions for consistent quality.
• Keep work area clean and equipment well-maintained.
• Adhere to safety protocols including PPE usage.
• Assist with additional production-related tasks as needed.
