Prince Industries, Inc. in Brattleboro, VT is hiring a CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts for aerospace, hydraulics, and other industries.

In this 2nd shift role (3:30pm - 12:00am, Mon-Fri), you will read blueprints, adjust machine settings, perform routine maintenance, and inspect finished components to ensure quality while adhering to safety procedures. Training on first shift will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines based on work orders and blueprints.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and precise machining.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
