Job summary

Leoforce seeks a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to join a global blow molding leader in Tecumseh Township, MI. You will set up and operate CNC milling and lathe equipment, edit G and M codes, select tools, speeds and feeds, perform setups and quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

This role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule, 3pm–1am, with growth opportunities toward CNC programming or supervisory paths.

Qualifications

• Senior level CNC machining experience.
• Experience with setup and programming of CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machinery.
• Select proper cutting tools, speeds and feeds per part specs.
• Perform setups, teardowns and material loading.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure parts meet specs.
• Edit G and M codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet production deadlines by following procedures.
