Texas Health Fort Worth is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Assistant for 2nd shift to support laboratory operations and patient care. The role emphasizes specimen handling, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards in a hospital environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred phlebotomy coursework and prior phlebotomy or hospital experience. Rotating holiday coverage and a 12:15 PM–10:45 PM schedule are part of the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• CLIAFE – must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
• Completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy preferred.
• 6 Months experience as a phlebotomist highly preferred.
• Hospital experience highly preferred.
• PBT (ASCP) – Phlebotomy Technician preferred upon hire.
