Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd shift General Cleaner in our manufacturing facility in North Carolina. Shift runs Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with every other Saturday. The role involves cleaning buildings, emptying trash, restroom upkeep, and floor work as needed.

We value dependability, ability to follow schedules, safety awareness, and professionalism. Training provided, transportation required, and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and dexterity.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with staff.
• Reliable transportation and ability to follow schedules.
• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor and stay professional.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors and clean other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Supply, clean and service restrooms.
• Mix cleaning agents according to instructions and handle chemicals safely.
• Move heavy equipment or furniture as needed.
• Identify and report repairs or maintenance needs.
• Possible floor work (steam cleaning carpets, waxing, buffing).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
