Job summary

Oatey, a long-standing leader in plumbing products, is seeking a production associate to contribute to timely order fulfillment. You will participate in filling containers and assembling products for distribution, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with ability to meet production targets.
• Ability to work in teams and communicate one-on-one or in small groups.
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of equipment (fill machines, pallet jack, box cutters, batch/RF gun) is helpful.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions (SWIs).
• One year of production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete production tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.
• Retrieve and verify raw materials; follow procedures to produce, package, label, and palletize finished products.
• Process unused materials and maintain workplace organization.
• Refer to charts for measurements, PPE, batch coding, etc.
• Complete production documentation as required.
• Inspect products for quality (labels, weights, visuals).
• Assist in cleaning the work area and department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Participates in the filling of containers with various plumbing chemicals or assembling various plumbing products to contribute to the timely completion of customer orders for distribution.

Position Responsibilities

• Complete production tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor/team leader of the department.

Education and Certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation Range for the Position:

$12.85 - $16.38 - $19.91 USD

Target Cash Profit Sharing for the Position:

5.00%

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
