Reaxis Inc. is seeking a Production Operator (Class Two) on the second shift to operate and train on production equipment, ensuring high-quality, saleable chemical products per specifications and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to work overtime/shifts.
• Ability to lift greater than 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and train as needed.
• Assist with production, packaging, housekeeping, and off-loading.
• Follow written procedures and work instructions to produce quality products.
• Ensure products and packaging are clean and properly labeled.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and identify hazards.
• Operate forklift trucks effectively when required.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Work safely with minimal supervision after objectives are set.
• Follow company policies and guidelines (e.g., ISO, DOT).
• Suggest process and manufacturing improvements.
• Collaborate well with coworkers and management.
• Take personal ownership and accept constructive criticism.
• Participate in continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
