Job summary

Greif, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift CDL Class A Driver / Warehouse Associate in Minerva, OH.

You will operate tractor-trailers between local facilities, perform late-afternoon/evening shuttles, and ensure accurate logs and delivery receipts while complying with DOT requirements. The role also involves warehouse duties: loading and unloading, stocking materials, staging freight, and keeping the facility clean and secure after the shift ends at 12:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CDL Class A driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class A License with a clean record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and drug screening.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain via company-sponsored training.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A vehicles for local shuttle and deliveries between facilities.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for DOT compliance.
• Secure loads with straps/chains to prevent shifting during transit.
• Maintain electronic logs, manifests, and delivery receipts accurately.
• Load/unload trailers and stock warehouse materials.
• Maintain clean, secure facilities and close the site at shift end (12:30 AM).
